The Avanti folding mandoline slicer allows you to create perfect slices or juliennes with precision and ease.
With six cutting options to choose from, youre sure to find the right cut and thickness for any dish.
Includes three double sided cutting blades for six different cutting options: thin slice, ultra thin julienne; medium slice, thin julienne; thick slice, thick julienne
Non-skid base and ridges keep slicer stable on cutting surface

Grooves on the underside of the slicer allow it to be used over a bowl
Comes in a convenient box for easy storage and keeping peices altogether when not in use
USE & CARE
Wash with warm soapy water prior to first use
Fully fold out arm and secure on cutting surface
To remove interchangeable plate push plate up from back
To install a different plate, insert from top and push down into place
Place vegetable or fruit on holder/guard for safety
Slide vegetable/fruit back and forth across blade
